Deposits are currently NOT being requested for bookings, but for single and two night bookings placed during the busy high season we may ask for a payment upfront. We can supply our Bank details on request if you wish to make an upfront BACS payment.

We will accept your booking, (without taking a deposit) in good faith that you are making a commitment to the arrival and departure dates you have stated to me when placing the booking. You will be liable to a charge for the full duration of your pre-booked stay if it is canceled in part or full without sufficient warning within the 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, or during your stay.

It is important that you know that we operate and take our bookings completely independent to the Caravan & Motor-home Club. The C & MH club seem to have been having trouble with their phones and IT system.
Please rest assured, ours is working fine, so feel free to communicate and place bookings with us as normal.

Further to receiving your completed Booking form I will respond with an email "detailed Confirmation" to reassure you that I have received your request.

It is important to note that until you have received an official confirmation by email from me your booking has NOT been secured in the diary. I will be grateful for a brief acknowledgement from you just to verify that you have actually received my email confirmation.

Simply log-in to your PayPal account, click on "Pay or Send money"

Soon after I receive the Paypal payment I will respond by emailing to you a detailed Confirmation/Receipt. Please ensure your email address, and the dates of your booking are forwarded with the "notes" on the PayPal payment.
If you haven't already got a PayPal account, I would highly recommend one. It enables you to both receive, and send, uncomplicated but extremely secure payments, (with no numbers or codes revealed to anyone) to a multitude of suppliers and service providers who now accept PayPal. The set-up procedure is very straight forward.

WE DO HAVE TO WONDER WHY THE MANY SO-CALLED "PUB STOPOVERS" ARE BEING ALLOWED TO USE THEIR CAR PARKS AS AN OVERNIGHT STAY for Motor homes.
Approved Sites have to adhere to stringent spacing, health/safety/sanitary rules.
The Pub Car parks have NON of these stringent spacing, safety and sanitary measures in place.
"Nor do they undergo any form of inspection by any authority".
Important:
Please note, we have "NO" Charging points for "Electrically Powered Vehicles".
(But we "DO" have 10amp Electric Hookups on all Pitches)

NO SHOWS,
Un-loyal clients who pre-book but just don't turn up on the Scheduled day of arrival without any form of notification will be logged into a register, and may find it difficult to place a future booking on our site, or any neighboring sites.

Pitch Allocation
On Arrival, it is important that you read the pitching instruction signage on the welcome board just outside the main entrance, and on your allotted pitch.
A suitable pitch according to the size of your unit will be allocated for you.
On the day of your arrival an allocated pitch number will be displayed alongside your name on the welcome board just outside the main entrance. Also a reserved sign will be placed on your allocated pitch bearing your name.
